From 1st November 2007 till 31st March 2008, most hotels in Avignon offer 2 nights for the price of 1 at weekends. An excellent opportunity to get that Xmas shopping done on the outdoor Xmas market or in the town shops.

Some 20 hotel keepers in Avignon, in all categories of hotels, offer 2 nights for the price of one, at the weekend, subject to certain reservation conditions.

But that’s not all: the theatres in Avignon will provide, at the weekend and booked ahead, 2 tickets for the price of one. Special prices will be offered at the opera, and access to the Pont d’Avignon will be provided free of charge for paid entrances to the Palace. Leisure activities, outings and car rentals are also available at low price, and the restaurants will provide mouth-watering deals.

And don’t forget the Xmas market will take place on the main square from 1st to 30th December.
